Chetan Bhagat's book "2 States: The Story of My Marriage" was initially released in 2009. The work is largely semi-autobiographical and is based on the author's personal experiences, especially his marriage that bridges cultures. The narrative of Krish Malhotra, a Delhi-born Punjabi guy, and Ananya Swaminathan, a Chennai-born Tamil girl, who fell in love while attending the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), is told in the book. The main plot point of the story is how their romantic journey to marriage is complicated by cultural differences and resistance from their families.

  2. Long back when I read Chetan's five pt Someone, I liked it, as in it was a fresh perspective touching the educated youth of today - it wasn't movie stuff but definitely a piece of my life or those around me. Then came 'One Night at the Call Centre' - It was ok

  6. This is not a book for the intellectual. Read the book with simple mind. The best part of the book is the last cover page which tells the extreme truth about love stories of India. The story is griping.
